Whether you are coming in for an engagement ring, or other special gift, just relax and feel free to ask all of your questions.  All of our Senior Diamond Consultants are certified Diamontologists through the Diamond Council of America (DCA).  We always have at least one Graduate Gemologist of GIA on staff, as well as others with certificates in Diamonds and Diamond Grading.  Even with this extensive training, our people know that it is okay to admit they don’t know the answer and defer to someone on staff who does.  You can count on us being upfront about everything, whether it's good news or bad.  We don't sugarcoat anything.  We realize that as a smart shopper, you want to know exactly what you're getting, and how long it will take if we have to create or order it.  We're also happy to explain our lifetime warranty, our return policy, and what makes one diamond priced differently from another.

We try to make our store as comfortable as possible.  It is understandable to be a little intimidated walking into a showroom with such a large selection of beautiful diamonds. We tried to eliminate some of that intimidation by making it open and airy with large windows to let the natural light in.  We also put a window looking into "the shop" so you can see the work our jewelers are doing.  Offering soft drinks, bottled water, fresh coffee and a plasma TV are some of the other lengths we go to so you feel like a welcome guest.
