Grading Guarantee
All Ramsey’s diamonds have been graded by a Graduate Gemologist in accordance with the standards of the Gemological Institute of America [GIA]. Ramsey’s will replace your diamond(s) if our grading is inaccurate in any way.
Lifetime Diamond Protection
Ramsey’s proudly provides a lifetime replacement warranty for any diamond up to 1 carat which is lost from the mounting at no fault of the wearer. We ask only that you bring your jewelry to us so that the diamonds and mounting may be cleaned and checked at least every 6 months. (A store receipt may be provided to document your inspections.)
Guaranteed Trade-In Value
Ramsey’s will give you full credit for the original purchase of your center diamond at anytime that you wish to trade it in towards the purchase of another diamond, provided the price of the new diamond is at least 50% greater than the original purchase price.
Lifetime Mounting Warranty
The mounting is fully warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the ring. Any defect in the mounting will be repaired by Ramsey’s at no charge. If the mounting cannot be repaired, it will be replaced at no charge. The materials used are warranted to fully comply with U.S. Government standards.
If your mounting needs repairs due to fault of the wearer or normal wear, then the necessary repairs must be made by Ramsey’s at your expense or we will be glad to help you file a claim with your jewelry insurance company. All recommended repairs must be made by Ramsey’s to continue this warranty.
Best Price Guarantee
Ramsey’s guarantees our prices to be the best anywhere, and you get 30 days to compare. If you can find a better value on a similar item, we’ll beat it, or refund your purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Ramsey’s is dedicated to your satisfaction and we are proud to offer you 30 days to exchange your jewelry for another item or receive a refund. The cost of alterations will be subtracted from refunds or credits. Refunds or credits are not available for special ordered or customized items.
Clean, Polish & Inspection
Ramsey’s will clean, polish and inspect all jewelry covered by this guarantee at any time at no charge. White gold jewelry will be rhodium finished, for a nominal fee.
Appraisal
At any time and upon request, Ramsey’s will issue a Letter of Insurance or Appraisal fully describing the jewelry purchased and its current replacement value. This service wil be provided at no charge.
General Information
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral, other than those explained herein. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Any claim under this guarantee/warranty should be made at Ramsey’s and must be accompanied by this guarantee/warranty. This guarantee/warranty is non-transferable. This guarantee/warranty does not apply to or cover accidental loss, damage or theft of the stones or mounting.
We strongly recommend jewelry insurance to cover casualty loss.
Jewelers Mutual provides personal jewelery insurance to cover casualty loss. Apply for coverage online and use Ramsey's Jeweler Code A00453. Simply copy this code and paste on the line Jeweler Code on your application.
Return Policy
Ramsey's accepts returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given in the same method as original payment(s).
If original payment was by check, a refund check will be issued after 14 days from original payment.
Returns for exchange or store credit will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
All exchanges and refunds will be less any alterations made to the original item.
There are no refunds, exchanges or credits on special orders.
