Ramsey's accepts returns for refund within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds will be given in the same method as original payment(s).  If original payment was by check, a refund check will be issued after 10 business days from original payment date.

Returns for exchange or store credit will be accepted for up to 30 days from purchase. 

All exchanges and refunds will be less any alterations made to the original item.  There are no refunds, exchanges or credits on special orders.
