Ramsey’s accepts returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given in the same method as original payment(s). If original payment was by check, a refund check will be issued after 14 days from original payment. Returns for exchange or store credit will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges and refunds will be less any alterations made to the original item. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits on special orders.
After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the method chosen. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. All packages will require signature confirmation.
Orders will be shipped after verification and fulfillment, which can take up to 3 business days. Special Orders or items that need alterations will require additional time.
Shipping to an alternate address
If you wish to ship to an alternate address you will need to call your credit card company and add the alternate address to your account. We need to be able to verify the shipping address is associated with the account used for payment. In some instances, we can also arrange for you to pick up your order at a local UPS office. In order to expedite these requests you will first need to call 1-504-383-9012, and we will be glad to assist you.
Shipping to Post Office Boxes
We cannot guarantee overnight or two day delivery to post office boxes. We may not be able to ship to certain PO Boxes for security reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience. All of our packages require signature at delivery.
